Hello! I am a Chinese-American CS student at UMass Lowell. When recreating dishes, I like to loosely follow recipes (so no exact measurements unless I'm baking!), so the ones displayed on this website is just a general guideline. Most of the time, the spices and consistency of a dish is per taste! I don't have a particular favorite dish to make but my least favorite dish is anything that involves frying. Some food bloggers I follow and would recommend are Chez Jorge and Tiffy Cooks.
